Arena XC at Pontsipool arena which includes water, steps and ditches.

Mary Baillie will be teaching 3 to 4 people for 1 hour groups on Friday afternoon - 15th March.
2pm slot available

Please book your prefered time slot, but make a note if you are happy to change times to accomodate as many people as possible.

Hats and Back protectors up to current BRC standards required to be worn for these lessons.
