Carol is a hugely popular instructor and we are delighted to have secured a date with her for gridwork. We are offering private, semi-private and group lessons for members and non-members. 

Group sessions - 1 hour (4 riders)


Semi private - 45 mins


If a private is requested please let us know and we can accommodate.
