Groups of 3-4 people, XC on grass and SJ if weather allows if not this will be on a surface, perfect pre season training.  I try to do the timings so that you only have approximately 2-2.5hours between lessons.
Suitable for all levels and abilities.
Please make sure back protectors and hats are up to the current standard.
Times will go out on Thursday 2nd April.
If cancelled 7 days or less refunds will only be given if a replacement can be found.  If cancelled earlier than 7 days a full refund will be issued.
