These training sessions are for current members of Strathearn Riding Club only, and will take place at Braefield, near Crieff. 
TREC is a sport intended to test the skills of a horse and rider in planning and executing a long distance ride over unfamiliar terrain. A TREC competition is split into 3 sections - Orienteering, Control of Paces and Trail Obstacle Course. These sessions will focus on practising the obstacle course and control of paces sections, and are suitable for all levels of horse/rider, being adaptable for novices through to the more experienced partnerships.
