SSA Rosettes and Qualifying Points shall be awarded to Adults & Juniors as
2 sections: the highest placed Adult & Junior Members will receive Turnout
rosettes and SSA rosettes to 3rd place, and Qualifying Points down each line.
The highest placed Member under 14 on 1st January of the current year will
receive a rosette.
