This 2 hours seminar introduces riders to the principles of Pilates and how this form of ancillery training can benefit your overall health, wellbeing and significantly improve your riding.

Over the 2 hours we cover theory, practical as well as some myofacial releases - so you won't be exhausted. suitable for all fitness levels and riding abilities. 

After the 2 hours people are invited to stay for the end of seminar discussion, and networking opportunities where refreshments will be provided.

Cost is £15.00 Per Person refreshments Included. Limited Places so book early to avoid disappointment.
