all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone
present. for these measures to be effective, everyone must obey the
instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards, and take
reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring
Hats must be an up to date standard and have an up-to date PINK BE/BRCPC tag which can be found in the log cabin. You will NOT be allowed to compete if your hat is NOT up to date. 
Anyone falling off their horse or pony MUST be seen by a Paramedic to be cleared to ride before remounting
