Closing date will be 22/05/23 or when classes are full before this date.
Withdrawals after the closing date 22/05/23 will not be refunded. Any refunds made will be minus the £1.50 booking fee.
In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the event, entry fees will be refunded minus the £1.50 booking fee. 

Course walk will be Saturday 27th May 2pm - 4pm, or on the day prior to classes commencing. If you are unable to make these times please contact the secretary. 

Times will be published on Equo and ADRC facebook page no later than the Friday before the competition. 
Mandatory first aid cover £5 per rider, this must be added to basket for the second rider in pairs. 
 
General Rules:-
All Competitors must provide their own number bibs displaying their number on their front and back.
Long hair must be tied up above the collar.
Light neutral coloured jodphurs/breeches, XC colours must be worn. 
All competitors must wear a medical armband.
Horses/ponies must have be up to date with equine flu vaccinations within the past 12 months.
A horse can only be entered in two classes. 
o All competitors will be expected to wear a hat conforming to current BRC Standards as found in the BRC rulebook or ADRC Schedule. NO FIXED or flexible PEAKS.
o A Body Protector BETA Level 3 2009 or 2018.
o Junior Riders are those under 18 years on 1/1/2023.
o Junior Riders may ride ponies / horses of any height but they must be 4yrs or over.
o Senior Riders may ride horses / ponies of any height but they must be 4yrs or over.
o The course will not be timed in total however it will include a timed section for all classes. The fastest time taken to complete this
section will determine the winner in the event of equal jumping penalties.
o Combinations for the Pairs Classes can be made up of Juniors, Seniors or both.
o The Pairs Classes may also include a dressing fence, where a mark will be given for
competitors style and togetherness. This will be confirmed on the course plan
o Neither the committee nor anyone acting on their behalf accepts any responsibility for
any loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused.
o Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a short lead at all times as the course will use the
majority of our 12acre site and strict control will be required to ensure safety.
