Thoroughbred mare or gelding, 4 years old or over
of any height. Riders must be 15
years or over on the 1 st January 2022. Horses should be ridden in a snaffle, pelham or
sim ple double bridle with a plain cavesson noseband. Horses should be plaited.
The first three go forward to the Final at The Jockey Club RoR National
Championships at Aintree on 27th August 2022.

The first three go forward to the championship at the Royal Highland Show 2023.
In the event that the first three are already qualified, the qualification will go down the
line to fourth.
All entries MUST have current competition registration with the RoR and have
Raced in GB.

3 Tattersall RoR Open In Hand Show Series Qualifier 2022
Open to all RoR and NR competition registered horses , 3 years and over, fillies, mares
and geldings. Blemishes caused through racing will be ignored . Horses do not need
to be shod to compete in the RoR Open In Hand class. Horses can be shown in a
Bitless/Inhand Bridle . All those entering horses and/or participating in the show agree to
be bound by the Retraining of Racehorse Rules and Regulations from time to time in
force.
This class is a qualifier for the RoR OPEN In Hand Showing Series FINAL.
The first three go forward to the final at The Jockey Club RoR National
Championships at Aintree on August 27 th 2022. R oR prizes will not be awar d ed to
the RoR qualifiers with numb ers forward of two or less, however qualification for the
final will stand

sound. R id den horses must be 4 years and over and veteran horses must be 12 years and
over . Judges will not ride and you will not be asked to gallop as a ride but may be asked
to gallop in your individual show.
To compete at the HCR
Championships the handler/rider and horse must be registered
with the HCR. Members must carry their cards in the ring for signing at qualifying
shows and be placed 1 st 4 th (qualification may be passed down to 6 th place)place).
Non members must send their qu alification card (presented by the judge) fees and
register with the HCR before the closing date for entries for the HCR Championships
Show at Netherton Equestrian on Sunday 11 September 2022
