A 30 minute lesson on our mechanical horse 'Flicka' with one of our lovely instructors. The use of the mechanical horse is a great way to identify and correct any bad habits, without worrying about the horses way of going. This is also a fantastic work out for both your legs and core! The lesson is fantastic for all levels of riding. You can stick to walk or practise your flying changes! There are so many benefits to the use of a mechanical horse such as strengthening core stability, improving balance, posture and coordination. If you compete in dressage competitions, this is also a way of increasing your collective scores.
