**STANDARD PRICING UNTIL 7TH DECEMBER, ENTRIES WILL CONTINUE TO BE TAKEN UNTIL 5PM 13TH DECEMBER IF SPACE ALLOWS AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO LATE ENTRY PRICING**

**VACCINATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE SPOT CHECKED AND ONLY HORSES THAT HAVE BEEN VACCINATED IN LAST 6 MONTHS WILL BE ACCEPTED TO COMPETE - VACCINATIONS MUST HAVE BEEN ADMINISTERED AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE THE COMPETITION**

RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Horse sports carry risk and it shall be deemed a condition of entry that the instructor, organisers, the landowner and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property or horses.
2. Riders must wear riding hats to current approved British Standards, with the chinstrap properly fastened at all times when mounted.
3.All riders have a responsibility to ensure that they and their horse are fit and at an appropriate standard to participate in the event.
4.All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over.
5.There will be no medical or veterinary cover on site.
6.Horses and ponies tied up outside horseboxes or trailers must not be left unsupervised.
7.An adult must accompany children under the age of 16.
8.Dogs must be kept on leads at all times - dogs that are out of control will be asked to leave. Please clean up after your dog.
9.Competitions will be run under British Dressage and British Show jumping rules.
10.Classes are limited and will close when full - a waitlist may be held in the event of over subscription.
11.The judge’s decision in all cases is final. Any objection must be made in writing within 20 minutes of the results being posted along with a £20 deposit. The deposit will be returned if the objection is upheld.
12.The organizer reserves the right to cancel any show, alter classes and refuse any entries without explanation. In the event of cancellation refunds will be made, less £3 admin fee per entry. 
13.No refunds will be made for withdrawals after the closing date. 


Personal Injury and Equipment Insurance Notice: The event venue/instructor does not insure the rider, your horse or your tack and equipment. You are strongly advised to have in place your own adequate personal accident insurance at all times. The venue and the instructor will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to any person or their property however this may be caused.
