Included in the work is NLP, Hypnosis, Self Hypnosis Training, Visualisation and Sports Psychology.  These are all weaved into the workshop, and are explained clearly to enable you to gain control over your worries and significantly boost your confidence when handling or riding your horse. This event is run by Amanda Kirtland-Page.  Having raced abroad (flat and steeplechase) and competed on the Singapore Eventing team for a number of years, Amanda completely lost her confidence after a particularly bad fall in 1985.  This led her to start training in Sports Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and NLP. She is an Accredited therapist and NLP Practitioner and is registered with British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy and National Council for Hypnotherapy in the UK and holds insurance for all workshops, mounted sessions, CDs, etc.  Amanda has worked with riders for over 25 years as a trainer and therapist, specifically helping riders re-gain their confidence.
