Rally information

Due to the voluntary nature of the club it is not always possible for rally organisers and/or committee members to be present at rallies. If you are able to bring someone along to help with pole picking (SJ rallies), picking up droppings or even taking photos or videos they would be very welcome and could even do members hours for them if they are not a member. This allows instructors to focus on teaching.

Rallies are broadly defined by levels of ability but sometimes people decide to push themselves a little bit further on the day if their session is going well. This may mean heights go a bit above the anticipated heights or exercises become more advanced. If you are uncomfortable at any time please inform an instructor who would be happy to adjust the activity.

Please direct any feedback to the rally organiser. Their details are on the equo page for that rally. Organisers will work with instructors to make improvements to what we offer to members so we welcome your comments- good or not so good.

Positive comments and pictures about FFRC activities are always welcome on our Facebook page and encourage new and less involved members to participate.
