The information you have provided in connection with your entry to the British Eventing Arena Eventing competition will be disclosed to British Eventing Ltd and their employees and the Organising teams of the British Eventing Arena Eventing Championships. Your data will also be disclosed to a number of third party organisations in order to provide an Online Entries system for the Finals. Your competition records will be displayed on the league table and on the British Eventing website for the final and may be displayed on the event organiser’s website, and any site owned by the provider of an Online Entries systems. Should you receive an injury as the direct result of an accident occurring whilst you are participating in any event organised by an affiliated event organiser, any medical reports relating to your condition will be passed to British Eventing. Any Medical Reports passed to British Eventing will be held on your records and passed in confidence to the UK Transport Research Lab for the purposes of safety analysis
